This quick weight loss diet tip was recently sent in by one our readers - thanks Melissa.

Pennsylvania State University researchers have found that, when dieting, people who eat mainly wholegrain foods such as porridge, brown rice and pasta, wholemeal bread and pitta lose more fat from their bellies than those on slimming diets that consist of mainly refined grains.

Wholegrains also contain zinc and selenium - good for immunity and fertility.
